Enatel’s response to COVID-19

corporate

Dear Customer,

Below is our most current update regarding our response to COVID-19.

Enatel has implemented policies and procedures across its global operations in accordance with guidelines and mandates issued by New Zealand Government agencies and our parent company IDEAL Industries Incorporated.

Our objective is to ensure the well-being of all employees and the continuation of our ability to serve your requirements. We are grateful that no Enatel staff have been infected by COVID-19.

The New Zealand Government has issued notice to ease restrictions from the current mandatory countrywide shut down for non-essential businesses from midnight Monday 27th April. The new restrictions will allow the vast of majority of Enatel staff to return to on-site duties, enabling Enatel operations to approach pre lockdown capability.

It is anticipated the new restrictions will again be reviewed by the government after 2 weeks. During this time Enatel will be complying with all government safe working guidelines for its staff.

All telecommunications and electronic communications capabilities are operational and these will continue to be our main method of contact with you during this period.

We are hopeful that the new Government mandate will continue to minimise prolonged service disruption and contribute to defeating the virus.

Our thoughts are with you and your teams as you face similar challenges. We remain very grateful for your support.

Please contact your Enatel representative should you require further information.
