In this Senior HR role, you will apply your experience and HR professional skillset to provide an excellent HR service to the business in order to effectively manage risk and enhance the people plan. You’ll provide comprehensive guidance to managers with all HR related matters and be capable of managing employment relations, ensuring compliance to procedures and employment law. Your duties will include reviewing and drafting employment clauses and policies, HR data analytics and reporting, recruitment, and learning and development support.
The HR team also comprises a Senior HR Coordinator and H&S/HR administrator, of which you will work closely.
Experience with training and facilitating development sessions will be an advantage.
This role will be suited to an individual with 7+ years in the HR field, with at least 2 years in a Senior HR role.
Key tasks may include, but not limited to: • General HR Advice and support. A knowledge of HR legislation such as the ERA, HSAW, Holidays Act and related legislation is required. • Review and draft policy documents, employment agreements, ensuring they are accurate and produced within agreed timeframes. • Assist with the Enatel recruitment program as required, primarily focused on organisational capability and senior recruitment. • Overseeing the performance mgmt. programme, including SMART goals, competencies, professional Development Planning and Performance Improvement Plans. • Prepare HR reports and provide analysis of HR trends/information and their organisational implications. Provide reports to senior leadership team and IDEAL Industries (Parent Company) accordingly. • Support managers in developing learning and capability in staff management through in-house Enatalent training, external training and customised Professional Development Plans (PDPs). • Help the HR Team deliver staff training seminars and workshops. • Prepare and analyse surveys – such as employee engagement.

Enatel is a fast growing Christchurch based electronics manufacturer that develops, manufactures and markets a range of power systems and components used in Telecom, IT and industrial applications worldwide.
Due to continued growth and some new IT projects, we’re looking for an IT support technician to join our IT department. This is our internal helpdesk role but has the opportunity to step up and assist on project work and deployments. This is a hands on role rather than just email / phone support. A minimum of 1 years’ experience is required in a similar role.
All members of the IT department are required to support the devices and users within the environment so you must have good communication skills and the ability to think on your feet. You must be able to train and convey technical information to non-technical staff members. You will need to be able to come up with solutions to problems and present them to the department or to other staff within the business.
The ideal candidate will be at the beginning of their career in IT but with a desire to learn about and assist with IT projects, systems administration, networking, software development / scripting and ERP systems.
The IT support technician will be required to support, assist, train, maintain, upgrade, configure and deploy end-user systems for our internal IT environment as required by the IT manager.

Enatel operates a Monday to Friday business with hours of operation supported on site by IT between 8AM and 5PM. There is no on call or overtime requirement for this role, however, some flexibility around hours when very occasional after hours work is required would be desirable.
