To meet this growth, we have an opportunity available for a talented and dedicated employee to join our IT department as an IT Administrator.As the IT department is a small team, each member needs to be a jack-of-all-trades. This is an ideal opportunity for someone that may be in a helpdesk role who doesn’t have formal experience in some of the areas listed below, but has formal training on them or even uses the skills at home. It may also suit someone that has worked at a higher level but doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty. The salary offered will reflect your level of experience.
The role includes development work but isn’t a full time developer role. However, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting and upgrading internally developed applications in use within our environment as and when required. These mostly use C# and MySQL.

All members of the IT department are required to support the devices and users within the environment so you must have good communication skills and the ability to think on your feet. You must be able to train and convey technical information to non-technical staff members. You have to be comfortable working under desks, at height, using tools, carrying equipment, assembling computers and even assisting with simple tasks such as changing toner. We try to do as much as we can with in-house resource wherever possible.

The IT administrator will be required to maintain, upgrade, develop, configure, deploy and support systems in our internal IT environment as required by the IT manager.

Responsibilities:
• Dealing with day to day questions or issues raised by staff or identified by IT in a timely manner
• Building, deploying, configuring and updating of desktops, laptops, portable devices and the applications on each
• Developing and documenting software in C# with MySQL and MSSQL databases to provide customised in-house software solutions
• Researching, testing, configuring and deploying new solutions to improve the IT environment or assist with issues / annoyances staff have, including developing proposals to present to the IT Manager
• Root cause analysis of issues and to diagnose and repair them in a timely manner
• Self-management of time and priorities
• Filling in for the IT Manager when he is unavailable

Our environment includes the following technologies which you will need to be familiar with: Office, Windows desktops, Windows servers, Linux desktops, Linux servers, Exchange, MSSQL, MySQL, VMware, C# and Visual Studio.

About the role:
The Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer is an exciting new role which will see the successful candidate provide pivotal support to the Products & Marketing Team across a wide variety of deadline-driven projects.

As well as coordinating and designing traditional marketing collateral for print, you’ll be at the forefront of Enatel’s digital marketing as the company’s go-to resource for online artwork and web design prowess.

You’ll also be involved in event management – helping Enatel target niche markets at expositions and conventions around the world – and have a hand in helping the company research its markets and measure its campaigns.

To succeed in this role you need to be a multi-tasker with creativity, a keen eye for detail, organisational abilities, and great communication skills. However, a passion for innovation, renewable technology, and everything Made in New Zealand won’t go amiss either.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Creating and editing marketing collateral artwork (e.g., brochures and advertising) using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
  • Designing web pages in WordPress and visual material for online content (e.g., e-books).
  • Coordinating resources for event marketing, including liaising with agencies and independent service providers.
  • Contributing to social media marketing.

About you:

  • A strong understanding of layout and design fundamentals in web and print media.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • A self-motivated passionate marketer who shows initiative.
  • Competent with Adobe Creative Cloud suite (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), WordPress, analytics tools and Microsoft programs (Word, PowerPoint…).
  • Social media savvy.
  • Detail orientated and results driven.
  • Portfolio or samples of work available upon request.

Production Technician – Enatel Energy

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Fault diagnosis on all production faults
  • Fault diagnosis and repair Systems/Monitors RMA units
  • Testing and Repairing of manufacturing products
  • Submit BOM updates to engineering and follow through
  • Respond to production problems
  • Assist with production approval process
  • Build new product prototype according to build sheet
  • Quality checking and inspecting

Technical:

  • Identification of fault trends and reporting changes to management.
  • Evaluate facts and make decisions.
  • Good communication skills.

Other:

  • General production duties when existing responsibilities are complete or when a production overload situation exists and temporary production manpower is required.

The staff we are looking for will ideally have previous electronics factory experience.

We run a lean factory environment with a high product output and low running costs meaning the staff we are looking for will need to be hard working and flexible in a fast paced factory environment.

The GM Sales is responsible for the activities of the sales and marketing business unit and is accountable for the achievement of agreed revenue and profitability targets. This role provides direction and strategy for the development of new customers as well as retaining existing customers by working collaboratively with our R&D department and wider Enatel team. This role is critical for the growth of the company. This growth will come both from geographical expansion and from developing our sales networks in existing markets.

As part of the Senior Executive team, the GM Sales also contributes to the development and determination of Company strategy, as well as the Company’s annual and medium term business plans.

Scope of responsibility

The GM Sales oversees and develops the sales and marketing business unit strategy and provides guidance to the wider Enatel business on sales and marketing activities.

The position will involve a high degree of international travel. The role is suited to a confident and organised sales professional, who has worked in a similar role for a hi-tech based product company. An ability to build and cultivate relationships at the C-level with major multinational companies and Telcos is essential.
