Scope of Role: The primary focus of the Dispatch Operator role is the packing, loading and dispatch of customer orders in a safety conscious, accurate and timely manner.
The Dispatch Operator is also responsible for the management of Finished Goods stock, for maintaining a safe, clean and tidy work area, and ensuring a high level of export security in the Finished Goods/Dispatch area.
Key Responsibilities: Order Packing and Dispatch – • Completing Quality Assurance checks on the product prior to packing, reporting any quality issues to the Production and QA Teams • Utilising Enatel’s ERP system CSI to process customer orders • Ensuring all serialised items are recorded in CSI • Issuing of Finished Goods materials to production within CSI • Ensuring any specific customer or country labelling requirements are adhered to • Packing of goods against the CSI order, utilising the most appropriate packaging materials for the size and type of product • Assisting in the loading of export containers • Following and driving H&S best practices
Administration: • Liaising with the Logistics team to prioritise deliveries to customers • Preparation of detailed packing lists in accordance with customer requirements and international shipping regulations • Management of Finished Goods stock including weekly stock counts and investigation of any variances in CSI • Adhering to Production and Shipping Holds • Maintenance of SOPs • Completion of cross-training on a regular basis

In this Senior HR role, you will apply your experience and HR professional skillset to provide an excellent HR service to the business in order to effectively manage risk and enhance the people plan. You’ll provide comprehensive guidance to managers with all HR related matters and be capable of managing employment relations, ensuring compliance to procedures and employment law. Your duties will include reviewing and drafting employment clauses and policies, HR data analytics and reporting, recruitment, and learning and development support.
The HR team also comprises a Senior HR Coordinator and H&S/HR administrator, of which you will work closely.
Experience with training and facilitating development sessions will be an advantage.
This role will be suited to an individual with 7+ years in the HR field, with at least 2 years in a Senior HR role.
Key tasks may include, but not limited to: • General HR Advice and support. A knowledge of HR legislation such as the ERA, HSAW, Holidays Act and related legislation is required. • Review and draft policy documents, employment agreements, ensuring they are accurate and produced within agreed timeframes. • Assist with the Enatel recruitment program as required, primarily focused on organisational capability and senior recruitment. • Overseeing the performance mgmt. programme, including SMART goals, competencies, professional Development Planning and Performance Improvement Plans. • Prepare HR reports and provide analysis of HR trends/information and their organisational implications.
