Scope of Role:

The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.  Cleaning duties will be between our two buildings, so a full clean drivers license is essential.

You must be reliable and flexible with hours as you may be required at times to assist with company functions.

Scope of Role: 

To ensure products are manufactured to specification. Procedures are in place for all products that we manufacture. Our products are manufactured efficiently, ensuring the highest quality standards for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SMT Quality – working with SMT staff to ensure Design for Manufacture (DFM) is in place, training of SMT staff regarding machine placement and ensuring procedures are followed at every stage of the process – target is to ensure we achieve the highest Parts Per Million (PPM) possible
  • General Process control – procedures and controls are implemented including jigs for all DC product assembly
  • Work closely with Research and Development ensuring product meets DFM guidelines– build work instructions and training of staff as we take new products through there stage gates and into production
  • Defining assembly processes and procedures to ensure repeatable high-quality production is maintained.
  • To keep abreast with technology trends and technical issues relating to Manufacturing within our industry
  • Display Statistical Process Control (SPC) standards on each of our assembly stages & ensure staff are working to these standards – where required training is carried out to ensure we have our staff trained to the highest standard
  • Responsible for maintaining the value stream map process once handed over from engineering and overseeing/implementing any changes in production
  • Set takt times for all stages, balance assembly lines. Lean out processes and identify and bottlenecks
  • Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering ensuring test gear is in place as part of New Product Introduction (NPI) process
  • Report all yields for your area and ensure as part of the fail modes that training is carried out where required to eliminate mistakes
  • Travel to China to work with our Contract Manufacturer – transfer technology as required
  • Create Product Build Packages for transfer to China – Including BOMs, specs, drawings, training information – carry out training

Requirements for Position:

  • A minimum of 5yrs process engineering electronics experience in a similar role
  • Electronics background – must be highly skilled in electronics manufacturing
  • Process engineering certification and proof of certification
  • Must understand SMT process and be able to train in all aspects of SMT
  • Competent to work with engineering regarding New Product Introduction and all that is involved with this process
  • Have proven skills in lean processes e.g. Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA, other
  • Able to present to a large team of people – confident to present product processes – can use PowerPoint effectively
  • Able to train teams of staff confidently

The Role

The role of Regional Sales Manager (APAC) is a senior role with responsibility for the sustainable growth of sales within the Asia Pacific region for Enatel’s Energy and Motive power product lines.

Reporting to the Sales Director your key responsibilities will be to drive the development and execution of a successful sales strategy for the APAC region, maintaining and building rapport with existing channel customers and pursuing new business opportunities for our key and emerging markets.

The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with Enatel’s Sales Engineering, Global Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to research market dynamics, recommend appropriate strategies to help us expand into new markets and improve our customer satisfaction targets for the APAC region.

You have a drive for results, are action orientated and have a customer focus to meet and exceed sales goals. 

Required Skills: Experience and Qualifications 

  • 5+ years experience in similar role and industry is desirable
  • Applicable tertiary qualification – Post Graduate qualification would be an advantage.

Scope of Role:

The primary focus of the RMA Technician & Returns Coordinator role is to manage the RMA (Return Materials Authorisation) and associated functions in an accurate and timely manner.

To diagnose and repair Enatel product returned for service, write analysis reports and provide information regarding these failures to Quality Assurance, Engineering and Manufacturing to improve product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The failure analysis and service of power conversion products returned from the field
  • The upgrade of product for service to current version status
  • Provide service reports to Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales.
  • Administration tasks related to servicing
  • Meeting service turnaround times

Return Material Authorisation Processing

  • Responding to customers’ requests for product servicing and warranty information
  • Formally issuing of Return Materials Authorisations (RMAs)
  • Management of RMAs through Enatel from receipt to shipping
  • RMA Acknowledgments

Customer Service

  • Responding to all customer queries within 24 hours of receipt

Other duties:

  • If time permits, supporting manufacturing technicians by training new technicians and helping service product failed in production.

Required skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Enatel power conversion modules
  • Ability to de-solder & solder through hole and SMT components
  • Read and understand schematic diagrams and overlays
  • Sound knowledge of electrical theory and anti-static precautions
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Proficient in English, both oral and written
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Positive attitude


  • Tertiary qualification in Electrotechnology or partial qualification in Electrical Engineering
  • Technical knowledge of power conversion products
  • Previous experience in testing or servicing electronic devices

Key Responsibilities of the Systems Engineer:

New Product Development:

This involves complete development cycle from Research, Design Concepts, Prototyping, Development, QA & Testing, Deployment, Support & Maintenance and Performance Tuning.

  • Design and build prototype systems
  • Sourcing of systems components locally and overseas
  • Make Bill of materials using CSI
  • Collaborate with the Systems Process engineer and Integration Manager to develop work & assembly instructions
  • Construction of test methods/procedures
  • Perform/co-ordinate systems testing – from complete system testing to specific monitor software functionality testing
  • Assist Writing System or sub assembly manuals

Provide technical responses to tenders & quotations worldwide:

  • Writing up clause-by-clause responses to tenders
  • Take customer requirements and turn them into technical proposals consisting of Layout and Schematic Diagrams
  • Creating 2D drawings and Schematics using Microsoft Visio
  • Provide costing and cost difference analysis as per required Bill of materials

Production Support:

  • Produce Buildsheets for Config to Order and Engineer to Order solutions.
  • Assist Writing technical bulletins for product or test routine enhancements
  • Product Maintenance – to modify, enhance and maintain existing Enatel product designs as required
  • Execute VA/VE on existing product lines.

Customer Support & training:

  • Provide support to customers relating to specification, installation & maintenance of Enatel Power Supply products and provide training from time to time.

Skills required:

  • Tertiary qualification in Electronics/Power electronics Engineering
  • Preference will be given to Engineers with previous experience in DC Power Engineering
