DC Power Systems:

Our innovative power solutions offer smart, efficient energy management, used in global telecommunications, industrial and utilities applications.

Motive Power Chargers and Monitoring:

High frequency, modular battery chargers used for forklifts & material handling equipment. Our chargers have been designed especially for charging large lead acid and lithium-ion batteries.

About the opportunity:

  • Assembling product according to customer needs by following work instructions, samples and other specifications.
  • Collecting all material and tools needed to begin the assembly process.
  • Assuring and maintaining specified torque and tension by proper setting of torque wrenches and/or screw drivers.
  • Checking incoming parts and outgoing assembly quality and reporting non-conformances in parts/product to Team Leader.
  • Working effectively in a team environment and co-operating with co-workers.
  • Performing functional testing.
  • Able to lift units up to 15kg.
  • Ability to de-solder & solder through hole components an advantage.

Working Hours:  Monday to Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm, Friday 6:00am-2:30pm.

About the opportunity

As an HR Coordinator, you will provide HR support to the business to effectively manage risk, enhance the capability of people resources to achieve Enatel’s strategic objectives. This role provides comprehensive guidance to the business on HR related matters, including employment relations, compliance and employment law.

  • Handling and responding to employee inquiries while supporting managers with HR-related matters.

  • Assisting in performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and document feedback.
  • Updating policies and assisting in the re-drafting of the employee handbook and IEA’s, while staying up to date with HR best practice and industry trends and reporting back to management.
  • Working with Senior HR Advisor and Senior HR Manager to achieve best practice HR systems and policies for the business.
  • Update HR statistics and reporting documents to retain confidential data and provide information as required by the Senior HR Advisor or Senior HR Manager.

 About you

In order to be successful in this role you will ideally have a tertiary qualification and experience in HR within a manufacturing, engineering or technology business. Naturally curious and customer focused you will have an astute ability to develop relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and a drive to exceed expectations.

Ideally you will also have:

  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant HR positions.
  • Sound understanding of HR information, including New Zealand employment law, and the ability to convey this to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with strong interpersonal skills – ability to build effective working relationships with a broad range of people.

About the opportunity

As Senior Financial Accountant, reporting to the Finance Manager, you will provide financial reporting and insightful information whilst being responsible for core Financial Accounting and being involved in developing your commercial analysis skills in a fast-paced, technology business.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure all transactional duties relating to the Accounts Receivable process are fulfilled.
  • Assist with credit limit management and ensure compliance with policy is appropriately achieved.
  • Assist in delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual financial accounts for multiple entities.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in contributing to the monthly SLT report with regards to actual financial reporting and statutory requirements as appropriate.
  • Contribute, in conjunction with the Finance Manager, to the presentations to the Group and Senior Leadership on CAPEX proposals and associated risks and benefits.
  • Fixed asset register maintenance and depreciation.
  • Assist managers to provide financial justification around the delegated levels of authority, especially when Group approval is required.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have a tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting related disciplines and professional accounting accreditation – CA, CPA or equivalent.  You’re also likely to have 5-10 years’ experience in a finance role in a complex business with experience in partnering with managers at an executive level.

About the opportunity

We are looking for action orientated individuals that have the functional and technical knowledge of electronics manufacturing to support the running of the SMT machines ensuring quality standards are met and targets are achieved,

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Operation of SMT machines.
  • SMT Machine Maintenance.
  • Inspection of assembled product for faults.
  • Notifying Store Controller of installation of the last reel of any part (except customer supplied parts).
  • Monitor solder paste and consumables inventory.
  • General production duties when existing responsibilities are complete, or when a production overload situation exists, and temporary production manpower is required.
  • Inspection of finished products (PCB) and fault analysis of SMT equipment.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous SMT experience.

About the opportunity

As Supply Chain Manager, reporting to the Director of Operations, you will drive initiatives to improve stock accuracy, optimal inventory level and reducing slow moving and obsolete inventory.  Along with developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors, you will:

  • Determine key Supply Chain KPIs, aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Working closely with Procurement team to ensure data accuracy and optimal ERP system set up for smooth operations
  • Negotiating contracts, costs and terms with suppliers and freight forwarders
  • Ensure raw material supply to production is on time, aiming for zero downtime
  • Communicate with suppliers, expedite material supply when required.
  • Analyse data and information to remove waste from the system and processes
  • Implement new or improved supply chain processes
  • Drive our cycle counting processes and ensure best practise and accuracy
  • Support NPI projects, provide information related to material supply and recommend strategy for an effective and resilient supply chain

About you

To be successful in this role you will ideally have at least 5 years’ experience in an international procurement environment, with 2 years’ proven experience in leading a procurement team.

As a member of the Test and Compliance team, you will develop and maintain high quality verification processes and test plans across multiple products and product families, including verification of functionality, use (user experience) and maintainability.

  • Scope, plan and undertake validation testing on Enatel’s electromechanical products.
  • Support directly with Enatel’s validation strategy and test tool and test environment development, including automation.
  • Participating as a key contributor in the release testing process of Enatel’s software products.
  • Understand user needs, align with different stakeholders, study systems flow and integration, define required work processes, and investigate any problem areas.
  • Ensure all products are at a customer service/quality level that will delight this market segment.

About you

In order to be successful in this role you will ideally have a relevant tertiary qualification. Experience in a related function is required with a technical background. Passionate about producing high quality products and well versed in the automation of tasks through appropriate tools and scripting. If you are someone who can leverage their practical, hands-on-experience to complete tasks from discovery phases through to product launch then this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss.

Ideally you will also have:

  • Process knowledge including quality, NPI and development.
