A longtime member of the IDEAL Industries Board of Directors, Chris stepped into the role in October 2025 and will oversee Enatel alongside the wider family of IDEAL brands. Introducing New CEO Chris Baldwin Chris is a seasoned senior executive with a strong record of driving international growth and building high-performing teams. Before joining IDEAL Industries as CEO, he served as the Group President of MillerKnoll, one of the world’s largest and most influential furniture design companies. His career also includes senior leadership roles at Kitchen & Bath Americas and the Kohler Company, as well as leadership experience at Siemens, Eaton and other global manufacturers. Chris has also served on the IDEAL Industries Board of Directors since 2016, gaining a deep understanding of the Enatel business, its customers and long-term goals. Recognising Outgoing CEO Steve Henn Chris succeeds Steve Henn, who is retiring after six years as CEO. With record-breaking operational years since 2022, Steve’s leadership guided IDEAL Industries toward success and renewed its focus on product innovation.
