Based on over 25 years experience in the design and development of high frequency charger systems for telecommunications Enatel are now pleased to announce the launch of our modular high frequency charger systems designed especially for charging traction batteries.
The adoption of high frequency power conversion techniques to the traditional low frequency traction charger market means that not only are the chargers much smaller than previous, but also offer a much higher level of efficiency, giving considerable power savings and of course reduced carbon footprints.
The Enatel Motive Power modular traction charger solutions offer a Uniquely flexible solution to suit almost any motive power battery charging requirement be it 24, 36, 48V, flooded, gel or AGM battery technology.
“Plug and play” installation of the MP30 high performance charger modules to provide any output current up to 180A, and to suit charging up to 1000Ahr lift truck batteries. No longer it is necessary to select the correct charger rating to suit the battery from a long list of different charger part numbers. With the MMPC you only need to select the number of power modules required to achieve the nominal current required then configure the MMPC’s controller, the MPC31, with a simple software tool.
